About Dr. Melissa
Dr. James is a public scholar who utilizes community-based research to make real and lasting change. She has written articles, trained professionals, facilitated special events, and taught students at the community, undergraduate and graduate levels for over 20 years. She is dedicated to building teams, communities, and organizations that are committed to making the world a more just and equitable place to be.
